The group’s final meeting before breaking for the holidays will take place on Tuesday, 10 December 2013, 3PM in the Ken Mason Suite. We will welcome Sindhyar Talpur, PhD student at Glasgow Law School, speaking on the topic:

‘Creeping Sharia? Accommodating Islamic Laws into the Formal Law of Pakistan through Constitutional Provisions’

Joint event with the Europa Research Group: Presentation by Dr Tobias Lock, 19 November 2013

The Europa Research Group and the Constitutional Law Discussion Group have the pleasure of inviting you to an exciting event on Tuesday, 19 November, from 16.00-17.30 in the Lorimer Room, Old College. Dr Tobias Lock, Lecturer at the Law School, shall discuss his research on EU accession to the ECHR.
